Greece
Considered the cradle of all Western civilization, Greece is the birthplace of democracy, Western philosophy, and the Olympic Games. This rich legacy is partly reflected in the 17 UNESCO World Heritage Sites located in Greece.
Greece can be divided into three regions. The first is the mainland and is the largest. The second is the Peloponnese Peninsula. The third are the islands, which total 3,000, of which 170 are inhabited.
We offer three travel styles for Greece:
- Independent Tour: Combine Athens with one or more Greek Islands for an Island Hopper itinerary. Fully customizable to fit your preferences, budget, and length of stay.
- Escorted Tour: travel with a guide and a group to see the sights and experience the culture. A typical itinerary includes some mainland touring by coach along with a short 3- or 4-day Greek Island cruise.
- Cruise: options from 3 days to 14 days to cruise the Mediterranean, Aegean, and Ionian Seas.
